Terms & Conditions

I’m committed to providing quality, personable care to support you on your journey back to full performance after injury. I work with a range of approaches, including the Marisa Peer method, RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy), hypnotherapy, NLP and coaching, choosing what fits you best, and programmes include personalised recordings to support the work. The process involves thoughtful consideration, personalised plans, and careful scheduling to get you the best possible result. Please read these terms carefully, they set out how booking, payment, rescheduling and refunds work.

By booking a session or programme, you agree to these terms.

1. Consultation and information gathering

When you first get in touch, we go through a consultation process which may include email, WhatsApp or a video call. I give thoughtful responses and a tailored plan to help you with your specific challenge. This can take days or weeks, I respect your thinking time and I will never rush or chase you.

2. Booking and payment

  • Once you accept a date for a session or programme, you’ll be asked for payment. The time spent beforehand gathering information and planning is significant, and I ask you to acknowledge the commitment I make to each client.

  • Payment is due within 24 hours of booking to secure your date and in any case no later than 48 hours before your session. Your date is only confirmed once payment is received, and if payment hasn’t arrived by then, the date may be released.

  • Payment plans are available on programmes, you can pay in full, or split the payment (half now, half partway through). Please ask if this would help.

  • Programmes are front-loaded: substantial time, preparation and care go in from the start. Your session dates are offered upfront, and it’s your responsibility to let me know of any changes.

3. Rescheduling, missed appointments and no-shows

Life can be unpredictable, and I’ll always try to accommodate genuine circumstances. To keep things fair for everyone I work with:

  • Rescheduling with notice: if you give me at least 48 hours’ notice, I’ll do my best to move your session to another date that works for us both. Please bear in mind that I reserve that time specifically for you, so the next available slot may be a few weeks away.

  • No-shows / late changes: if you do not attend a session, or give less than 48 hours’ notice, that session is forfeited and payment is not refunded (unless there are genuinely extenuating circumstances). The slot was held for you and cannot be re-offered at short notice.

  • Staying in contact: where sessions are missed, it’s your responsibility to remain in contact and complete your sessions within a reasonable timeframe. If more than six months pass with no communication or attendance, I’ll assume the programme is no longer required, the file will be closed and any remaining sessions will be considered expired.

4. Refund policy

I completely understand that circumstances change. My programmes are front-loaded: I do the preparation before your booking is confirmed, and that time is then reserved for you, so payments are non-refundable.

  • Once you’ve accepted the payment agreement and paid, refunds are not given for a change of heart, avoidance, or a delay in feeling ready. A change of mind does not warrant a refund.

  • Where genuine circumstances arise, I’ll always try to accommodate a change of date rather than issue a refund. Any exception is at my discretion, in genuinely exceptional circumstances only.

  • If I have to cancel or rearrange, you’ll be offered an alternative date or a credit against a future session.

  • Your 14-day right to cancel: if you book without meeting me in person (online, by phone or by video call), UK law gives you 14 days from the date of booking to cancel and receive a refund. If you’d like your session to take place within those 14 days, I’ll ask you to confirm that you want to start early. If you then cancel within the 14 days, I’ll refund what you’ve paid minus an amount that reflects the work already done. Once your sessions have been fully delivered, the right to cancel no longer applies. After the 14 days, the non-refundable terms above apply.

  • Your statutory rights are not affected.

5. What my work is and what it is not

  • I draw on different approaches, including RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy, a form of hypnotherapy), NLP and coaching. Whichever we use, the whole process is collaborative.

  • These services are not a substitute for medical, physiotherapy, psychiatric or psychological treatment, and are not a diagnosis or treatment of any medical condition. Please continue with any care your doctor, physio or other professional has advised, and don’t stop any treatment without speaking to them.

  • I don’t diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical conditions, and I don’t make guarantees about specific outcomes. Results depend on how long you’ve had the issue, how much of your life it affects, and how committed you are to change.

  • Age: I currently work with adults aged 18 and over only.

  • Suitability: this work isn’t right for everyone. I’m unable to work with certain conditions — including epilepsy, psychosis or schizophrenia — and if you’re under the care of a GP, psychologist, psychiatrist or counsellor, I may ask for their approval before we begin. Please don’t stop or change any medication or treatment without speaking to the professional who prescribed it.

6. Client responsibility

This work is collaborative, it relies on both of us. Your commitment, openness and active participation are vital. Where I give you a recording, engaging with it and listening as agreed is part of the work, and not doing so will affect your result. By booking, I take it that you’re committed to the process.

7. Recordings and materials

Any bespoke recordings, worksheets or materials I create for you are for your personal use only. They remain my intellectual property and must not be copied, shared, sold or distributed. Personalised recordings are yours to use for the period agreed (for example, 21 days for a Focus Mental Readiness Session). For your safety, never listen to a recording while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything else that needs your full attention.

8. Confidentiality and your data

What you share with me is treated as confidential. How I handle your personal information — including sensitive health information — is set out in my Privacy Policy. There are rare limits to confidentiality (for example, where I’m required by law, or where there’s a serious risk of harm).

9. Liability

I bring my full care and best professional effort to your journey. To the extent permitted by law, my liability is limited, and nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

10. Complaints

If you have a concern or complaint about your therapy, please raise it with me first — I’ll always do my best to put things right. A copy of my full complaints procedure is available on request.

11. Contact and governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. For any questions, email me at contact@noemimas.com.

12. Acceptance

By engaging my services, you confirm you’ve read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
